Generally, the direct buried method of the power cable underground is directly buried or buried in the cable trench. The commonly used XF7-12 buried cable sheathed pipe has the following characteristics:

(1) The physical shape is a special thread shape, and the pressure resistance and impact resistance exceed the requirements of GBlT1338-1991.

(2) Its flexibility and self-recoverability are very good, light texture, high strength, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, insulation resistance, free length, and flexible bending.

(3) The life of the buried cable sheathed pipe of the garden lamp manufacturer is more than 50 years. Its price is lower than that of steel pipes of the same specification. The welding, hot bending and other processes of the steel pipe can be omitted. Regardless of the method of laying, the following technical requirements must be met.

The basic requirements for laying buried cable lines are as follows:

(1) Before and after cable laying, the insulation resistance must be measured with a 500V insulation resistance meter, generally not less than 10MCl.

(2) The cable core wire should be connected by a round sleeve. The copper core cable is crimped with a copper sleeve which is made of a copper tube containing more than 99.9% copper, the wall thickness is not less than 1 mm, and the length is 8 to 10 times the diameter of the sleeve.

(3) Hand-hole wells or standard piles shall be provided at the joints and corners of buried cable lines. For ease of maintenance and survey, the spacing of hand-hole wells shall be less than 50m.

(4) Garden lamp manufacturers shall be equipped with cable signs indicating cable specifications, model numbers, line names or circuit numbers in cable trenches, hand hole wells, and cables and intermediate joints and terminal heads entering control boxes and power distribution cabinets. .

(5) The middle or terminal head of the cable connection must be sealed and waterproof. Cutting the cable does not damage the cable core insulation sheath. The original record of the construction shall be provided for each cable line construction, including: cable type, specification, length, installation date, intermediate joint and terminal head number. This can prevent the variation and modification of the cable line and facilitate the repair of the buried cable line.

(6) When there is a change in the buried cable line of the garden light, the corresponding technical data and cable signs should be corrected in time to ensure the correctness of the line information.
