The community garden lights need to be lit. In the early stage, the wires should be laid, and a series of installation steps should be done for laying the wires, laying the cables, installing the lamps, and installing the switch sockets.

First, wire and cable pipe laying

A. Design the wire tube and cable tube to be darkly applied. The construction shall be carried out according to the construction process standards of the wire and cable pipe laying sub-projects. It is necessary to strictly control the wire and cable pipes: the junction box, the lamp box, the switch box, etc. Have a product certificate.

B. The buried pipe should be closely coordinated with the construction of the park, and the pre-burial work should be done well.

C. The dark piping should be laid along the nearer line and reduce the bending. The bending radius should not be less than 10 times of the outer diameter of the pipe. The distance from the surface of the building should not be less than 15mm. The entrance to the floor-type distribution box should be higher than the base surface. 50-80mm, the inlet of the box and box should be 50-80mm higher than the base surface, and the inlet of the box and box should be 3-5mm higher than the inner wall.

D. The garden lamp manufacturer shall add a distribution box according to the specifications. When the pipe is adjusted, the corresponding galvanized iron wire lead shall be put in place and there shall be room in the pipe at both ends. The front end of the wire shall be covered with a rubber cover at both ends of the pipe. Well, to prevent foreign matter from entering and wearing the wire when the wire is damaged.

E. The installation of pipeline support and hanger should meet the requirements of the specification, stable, firm and beautiful. The pipe is fixed on the support frame by galvanized u-type card.

Second, the pipe threading

A. The thread inside the pipe should be strictly checked for the wire. The specification and type of the wire must meet the design requirements and have the factory certificate. After the arrival, check the insulation resistance, core diameter, material and weight of each roll to meet the requirements. The size of the corresponding size of the protective mouth, nylon crimping cap, wiring nose and other specifications and materials must meet the requirements.

B. The specifications, models, reports, circuits, etc. of the pipelines and wires to be threaded must meet the design requirements. The insulation of the wires should be checked before and after threading.

C. The wire cannot increase the resistance value in the connector, and can not reduce the original insulation strength. The force wire cannot reduce the original mechanical strength.

D. When the garden lamp manufacturer threading, pay attention to the wires of the same AC circuit must be worn in the same pipe. Different circuits, different voltages, and AC and straight wires should not penetrate into the same pipe, except for the following cases: the standard voltage is below 50V. The circuit of the same equipment or the same flow line equipment and the control loop without special anti-interference requirements; several circuits of the same lantern; several circuits of the same kind of illumination, but the total number of ducts in the tube should not exceed 8.

E. The reserved length of the wire: the junction box, the switch box, the socket box and the lamp box are 15CM, and the distribution box is 1/2 of the circumference of the box.

Third, cable laying

A. Detailed inspection of cable specifications, model, section, voltage rating, insulation resistance, appearance, etc. before laying, are in line with design and specification requirements.

B. Cable laying is carried out by the conventional method of manual application.

Fourth, the installation of lamps

A, lamps, light sources are used according to design requirements, all lamps should have product certification, the wiring inside the lamps is strictly prohibited, and the lamps and lanterns are complete.

B. According to the installation site, check whether the lamps meet the requirements, check the wiring inside the lamp, the lamp installation must be firm, the position is correct, neat and beautiful, and the wiring is correct. For lamps above 3KG, pre-magnesium hooks or bolts must be pre-magnetized. The metal casing of lamps below 2m and 4m should be grounded.

C. After the installation is completed, the insulation resistance of each branch is tested and allowed to run. After power-on, carefully check whether the control of the luminaire is flexible and accurate. The switch corresponds to the control sequence of the luminaire. If the problem is found, the power must be cut off first, and then the cause should be repaired.
